I saw Emily at the Trumbull location where I got my first customized facial. My skin was struggling with cheek and jawline breakouts. She customized a treatment for me based on my concerns and the goals I had. The spa room was so relaxing, dimly lit, and calming during my appointment. Emily was so sweet, informative, and caring. My experience was great! It was quick, Alyssa was super friendly and knowledgeable - the front desk staff was also very nice and helpful. The place itself was extremely clean and sooo pretty. Will definitely be going back for more treatments! Follow up appointment did not disappoint in any way! Alyssa is great to work with!
Alyssa is the absolute best! My first time getting lip injections and my friend told me it hurt so bad she threw up. Her lips also bruised and she “looked like a monster”. I could not stop bragging about how the entire process I was not once in pain and had minimal bruising. I was going out in public the next day! Two weeks later I have a the perfect pouty lips I wanted. Best, absolutely best. I will never let anyone else inject me.
I had my first appointment yesterday and had an amazing experience with Alyssa. She listened, was honest and knowledgeable, and could not have been any sweeter. Alyssa also made the experience painless—she is really skilled. I'm so sorry I missed the name of the receptionist, but she was amazing, too. It'll be a few days until my results are showing, but the experience alone has made me a return customer.
