Afrer doing lots of research and viewing many complexes, we found this wonderful new apartment complex. It feels like a resort. The prices are reasonable and Candice & Michael make this place! We just moved in and no doubt made the right choice! Will update my review once established!
I’ve lived in so many apartment in San Marcos, easily the best I’ve stayed at all around: maintenance, office, unit itself and amenities. The Grab and Go mart is fairly priced for the convenience and is a life saver when you don’t want to drive. Michael toured us our apartment and honestly such a respectful professional guy. I’ve been living here for about 6 months and this is probably one of the best properties I’ve ever lived at! When we toured, Michael, was absolutely amazing. He listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect home. On top of this, the maintenance team is so friendly and resolves issues/communicates in a timely manner. I definitely recommend this community!
Terrible management ! Michael in specifically is not a reliable source of communication. My sister applied for an apartment a month ago and instead communicating they prolonged the application process preventing her from seeking elsewhere as their application fee is $250. Once told that they took advantage and took the application money they agreed via call stating yes they prolonged the application process and took the money taking advantage of a family that is attempting to relocate from another state.
