My daughter first toured with Karen, the property manager, and said she was so friendly, patient, and answered all her questions! I visited to tour with my daughter. Michael, the leasing consultant, was amazing! So kind, polite, knowledgeable, upfront about pricing and costs and showed us different available units. he offered us a beverage and took his time answering all of our questions. Lived here for about 6 months & the leasing team is awesome. Maintenance team are always working hard & trying to keep the property nice. Would recommend these apartments. Thank you pyland ranch at La Cima...
Micheal has set the bar high! My partner and I had a tour scheduled for 10am and arrived and were welcomed in and made comfortable by Micheal who went so far above and beyond that this tour was unbeatable. He accommodated so politely to us bringing our puppy on the tour and was very personable and understanding while talking through all of the pros and cons of the apartment! Looking forward to having someone as reliable and kind as Micheal at this complex!
Beautiful property and great amenities BUT absolutely all of the pitfalls of apartment complexes apply. Ant/bug problems, unavailable and hard to reach maintenance staff, overworked and spread-thin leasing staff who can’t fulfill their “concierge” promise due to the size of the complex. Just some of the things you’ll run into. Again, really pretty place tho. Maybe just the one year, ya heard
❗️Several issues here that are not addressed by management. Pool rules are not enforced so late night parties constantly, zero communication with office staff (we haven’t received our valet trash can yet and we have lived here for 2 months and they never respond to our complaints), terrible construction company so you will have several paint splatters, peeling floorboards, dents, chips, and random markings all over your apartment. Be mindful about signing a lease here. ❗️
