Since QP opened, they have cared for my mom (2nd one to move in). The staff has provided a gentle, caring atmosphere as my moms Alzheimer's progressed. Once the end was near, they contacted a hospice agency and worked with them to make her last days comfortable & peaceful. Communication has always been a hallmark for how they operate. Brian and his team are the best at what they do.
Moved mom (90+ years old) into Quail Park from an Assisted Living Business on the Eastside. From the first meeting with Quail Park staff, I was impressed with how much smaller and more interpersonal it was than other facilities that we'd had experience with. Mom received respectful and friendly care, and truly enjoyed sitting in the lobby with "Amos", the house dog. Husband stayed for a month’s respite. Staff couldn’t have been nicer and cheery. The admin staff was super helpful.
I have a friend that I am POA for and I when to Quail Park and was very impressed with the level of service they offered. The entire Staff was very helpful in helping me make my decision. My friend has been there for 3 months now and I can't think of anything better than Quail Park Memory Care for all they do for my friend .Thanks to Ramses, Brian, Zack, Katie,and Doug for all they do to make you feel at home.
My 90 year old mom moved to Quail Park during the pandemic - it was hard not to be able to be with her in person, to hold her hands and squeeze her shoulder, but the wonderful staff at QP did everything they could to make it possible for me to at least have window visits and technology visits. And while they were able to keep all the residents and staff safe from COVID, they still held my mom's hands and squeezed her shoulder.
