It is a good place to live but now you got bad kids coming over and breaking into trailers in broad daylight I been here 40 years they need a patrol car down here I mean them kids are bad news they come from across the fence I love it here
All the homes are in need of gutting, from the roof to the insulation in the floor. I’ve lived out there long enough to see 3 owners. Only person made sure the parks were kept up was Ms. Kathy. Now there’s no maintenance, it takes 2 weeks to a month to get repairs, that’s if the owners in ((Utah)) feel like it should be repaired. “”When the now owners came in last year, immediately the rent went up. Property manager was caught recording neighborhood kids asking them to tell her where they lived. She said she had complaints about kids being up to no good but these kids were all under the age of 12 and just playing outside on their bikes and scooters. When I confronted her about it she threatened me with a eviction notice. Wouldn't accept an apology. Gave us 10 days to be out knowing that we had a young child in school there.
