Our garage door springs broke on 4/19/2024 (Friday) at 10:00am . We called Overhead Door in Findlay at 11:45am to schedule an appointment to get it fixed . They said they were very busy but would try to be here some time that day . In less than a half hour I got a call from John and Gage telling me that they would be here in 10 minutes. These two men were the most polite and hard working men that I have seen in a long time. They got both springs changed out in a matter of minutes. So happy with my service through overhead door company! Talked with a guy over the phone about my issue and what I wanted to get done. Service technicians stopped over, went right to work. Everything I requested was done. My garage door is quiet and smooth.

Had to have 2 oversized garage doors replaced. Randy came out and reviewed the site. He wrote us an estimate rather quickly and decided to hire them. While it took a little longer to get the doors in (no fault of theirs), once in he called and scheduled the installation. Installers showed up early that day, were professional, got straight to work and were done in one day. Couldn't be happier with the doors Randy recommended or the service they provided. Top notch all around would definetly recommend.
