RecommendedBest mattress experience ever. They have 3 locations. I used Lee at the bellevue store to get our $$$ master bed, and then worked with Greg to get the kid twin and guest room at the Monroe store. We had a hiccup with a box spring and all it took was a phone call to Greg and he got it resolved: They are a Mom and pop business with 3 locations so you get that Mom and pop type of customer service while still getting fair prices. RecommendedI can’t say enough good things about this store! They were so easy to work with and helpful. They made my kids feel welcome while buying and let them watch while putting their new bunk bed together. When my frame on my new bed cracked they were quick to replace it. Tom, thank you so much for your customer service. The two gentlemen that built my boys bunk bed today were great and I’ll be stopping by to tip them tomorrow!
