NP Griffin is absolutely amazing. She’s such a down to earth person and so very kind. I met with her again this morning and immediately felt relieved. I had been dealing with some hectic times in combination with being a military mom, but her guidance and continued support keeps me sane! I still highly recommend her to anyone suffering with any form of mental illness; she is a lifesaver! Thank you again NP Griffin!
My review is regarding my appt with Quanda Griffin on 30 October. I was referred to her for medication management by another Lifestance therapist (who is fantastic) & it was an absolutely humiliating experience. She was nearly 15 miniutes late, no apology. Within the first few minutes Ms Griffin seemed confused & annoyed as to why I was even there. She interrogated me condescendingly about who my GP is and why I see this particular provider. Very professional & compassionate, I saw a brilliant provider within days of contacting them & the streamlined onboarding process was amazing. Quanda made our session very productive & I found her easy to share my story with her. Looking forward to this journey.
The receptionist staff is so so kind and helpful and the psychiatrist that I’m seeing, doctor Griffin, is absolutely wonderful as well! I highly recommend
Worst experience I’ve ever had with anyone in the mental health industry. Completely disregarded and invalidated my feelings after asking why I was feeling the way I was. Very argumentative and unprofessional and down right rude. Both sessions I had with her, she basically made me flip a coin to decide which medicine she was going to prescribe and gave me zero information on which she thought might be a better fit.
