My review is regarding my appt with Quanda Griffin on 30 October. I was referred to her for medication management by another Lifestance therapist (who is fantastic) & it was an absolutely humiliating experience. She was nearly 15 miniutes late, no apology. Within the first few minutes Ms Griffin seemed confused & annoyed as to why I was even there. She interrogated me condescendingly about who my GP is and why I see this particular provider. NP Griffin is absolutely amazing. She’s such a down to earth person and so very kind. I met with her again this morning and immediately felt relieved. I was dealing with some rather new female issues; along with being a military mom, but her guidance and continued support keeps me going. She’s such a gentle soul and very heartfelt, she open and will do whatever it takes to keep her patient’s mental health intact. The receptionist staff is so so kind and helpful and the psychiatrist that I’m seeing, doctor Griffin, is absolutely wonderful as well! I highly recommend
I had very great experience there and got exactly what i needed. They also are very flexible when it comes to making appointments that best worked for my work schedule.
