Queenston Dental has the best staff! The receptionists are always so friendly and kind. Elaine, the dental hygienist who I see regularly, is so wonderful! She always takes the time to make you feel welcome and ensures you are always comfortable during cleaning appointments. Dr Jay is also awesome! He is very kind and gentle during any procedures. I would highly recommend Queenston Dental to anyone!
It'd been awhile since I'd been to the dentist due to a fear of going to the dentist and my goodness. Everyone was kind and understanding. My hygenist was excellent and Dr. J is extremely kind. He explained everything that was up with me very nicely. My hygenist had a great sense of humour and was very great to me. I'm glad I'm now a patient here and everyone who helped me today take a bow!
Excellent care in the dentist chair . 😄👍Haven't been there in a long time and wasn't sure how service would be. Things were great and relaxed. Vere nice staff and polite. Thank you for a non stressful experience.
Posting on behalf of my partner, as he had his first ever appointment today with them and it went wonderfully. Very kind and good staff. They freeze well by gel and needle, you wont feel a tooth pull (he only felt some as he had an infection at same time as removal). Highly recommend this place.
I walked in and asked for an appointment and got one immediately. The staff are all very nice and easy to work with. I went in with an infection that needed antibiotics. After, they did a full exam and have since done several fillings that have all had no problems. Highly recommend.
