Horrible Irresponsible Repair of OEC / GE Carm. We asked Kenquest to come out an fix our C arm. Jonathan Woodward came out. There was a leak in a tank for the dielectric oil (high voltage tank). Instead of fixing it, or at least telling us of the issue, Jonathan stuffed paper towels into the C arm casing to prevent the leak from showing. We now have GE coming out to fix the C arm and our GE technician found paper towels soaked in oil surrounding the tank. Wow. I am just glad we did not suffer a fire. I guess Ken Quest ... read more
