NP was very knowledgeable and helpful
The lady at front desk was very friendly & processed me right away. The medical assistant was also very nice & listened to my situation & took all vitals & documented my comments. April Weber the provider was very friendly & informative. She listened to how long I had been ill, went over my concerns & my history, examined ears, throat & listened to lungs to make sure before assessing & explaining a plan.
The physician and staff are wonderful. I recommend them to others.

This was my first visit to an urgent care facility. I was impressed with how quickly I was attended to by the front receptionist. She also did great explaining how much I would pay and what my insurance covered and even gave me the other options that my variable copay would come to if I went somewhere else so that I made an informed decision. I have been here before so they had my information. I waited less than an hour. The practician agreed that this was probably a cramp of some sort. She recommended rest and some pain medication. My vital signs were normal and a follow up was recommended as needed. I was very satisfied with the service.
