Very efficient and very effective, from check in to the process of gathering vitals by Ava to the being cared for April. I received outstanding medical care, but the front desk "customer service" was as good as I have had in a long time. The place was crowded and the lady (who worked AM Thursday May 7) did an outstanding job of keeping things straight and tending to numerous people, including me.
Quick, thoughtful, professional and everything anyone needing urgent help is immediately available. Many thanks for putting the mind of my dear wife at rest!
The check-in was very easy. All employees were friendly and knowledgeable. The facility was very clean. The brightly colored walls were welcoming. Our wait time was very short.

My second skin tear in a short period of time. I was taken in and the wound addressed very quickly, cleaned and bandaged. Rx for antibiotics. And on my way in short order. Great treatment by everyone from the time I walked in 5he door until I walked out. Great service thank y’all

My husband and I both went in for a persistent cough. We were greeted in a friendly manner and were seen with very little wait time. Galley who took our vitals and asked questions prior to our seeing the PA was very efficient and pleasant. Her manner caused us to be relaxed. April, the PA, was extremely attentive to our needs, treated us with kindness and efficiency.
