The lady at front desk was very friendly & processed me right away. The medical assistant was also very nice & listened to my situation & took all vitals & documented my comments. April Weber the provider was very friendly & informative. She listened to how long I had been ill, went over my concerns & my history, examined ears, throat & listened to lungs to make sure before assessing & explaining a plan.
