Even though there were plenty of people in the waiting room, there was only a short wait. Ava did a very nice job of getting vitals and Elaine (APRN) did a nice job of diagnosing my problem and getting a short term solution,. She did an even better job of explaining the situation and getting a referral to a specialist. Great job all around.

No wait, receptionist patiently located my insurance with a smile when I found that I had forgotten my card and only had benefit card. Medical assistant inquired which arm was more comfortable for me to have her use. She also knew how to take a blood pressure. The nurse practitioner listened to my symptoms and saw me as a person. Provided me with some tools to navigate finding a physician as I had just moved her to Ocala just two days ago. Overall the practice was very run well, efficient and timely.

Very efficient and very effective, from check in to the process of gathering vitals by Ava to the being cared for April. I received outstanding medical care, but the front desk "customer service" was as good as I have had in a long time. The place was crowded and the lady (who worked AM Thursday May 7) did an outstanding job of keeping things straight and tending to numerous people, including me.
