Although I was seen after 2 hours upon my arrival, I was seen and cared for with the utmost of care. I was instantly greeted by a friendly and polite young lady at the reception desk. She was very helpful with registration and answering a couple of questions. I was then called and seen and treated immediately upon discussing my concerns with the doctor at hand. I was kept informed about wait time. The nurse practitioner was great. She figured out my problem very quickly. She answered all my questions and left me with instructions and follow up. Great facility and great people!

Once I was seen the med asst was quick and efficient and the doctor was in quickly and diagnosed what I thought was the issue. They efaxed my rx quickly and I was able to pick them up within 30 minutes. The wait was over an hour long and I was not advised what was going on during that time. I also did not like that they kept my ID and Medicare card during that entire time. This facility is walk in only. I really would like appointment times going forward but I don't see that happening.

Everyone was really thorough and caring about my emergency. The ladies at the front desk did an excellent job and got me back into the exam room quickly.. the doctor on staff was excellent and after checking my vitals knew what meds I needed and called them into the pharmacy immediately. I was very pleased, even though I was not feeling very well. I appreciate everything they did for me. Thank you, everyone
