 PLEASE READ!! Sharing our experience with Radelli Pools and Design(multiple companies listed below) and its owner Aubrey Russell so others can be aware. We paid 90% of the contract on-time and per terms of the contract but our project was left 30-40% unfinished. Radelli Build and Design LLC “Radelli” was contracted (3-19-25) to design and construct a pool, outdoor kitchen and pergola. HOA approved 6-6-25, and excavation began 6-19-25. 8 months later, neither the pool nor kitchen is complete. Laborers have appeared sporadically, and when workers did show up, they worked limited hours, with no meaningful progress made. This check for the amount of $17,130.50 was returned as Non Sufficient Funds on 12/24/24 then again on 1/16/25. Trying to work with Aubrey for over a month with a lot of broken promises. Not a good sign when they can't honor a sub contractors check on job already performed. This review and check will be up until paid in full.
