The service has gone down! No wifi for customers is a big one. They took the atm out of their lobby. Now notary can’t provide witnesses as they used to. I’m about to switch banks, tired of this backwards thinking.
I used the ATM and it got jammed up. I wasn't credited for my deposit for about a week. I gave the ATM a second chance and it spit out a few hundred dollar bills and a fifty into the wind. I don't even know if I caught all my money. I made sure to line up all my bills perfectly and it still happened
My Wife and I have been with Navy Army for over 30 years and they tried to tell us it was just a name change! BS! This Bank just plain Sucks Now! You can't get any help they turn you down for loans and we Never got turned down with Navy we had perfect payment history and still do! Go anywhere but here Terrible Bank Terrible Customer service! I have been trying to get a simple payoff on my land loan for 4 days now and now im on hold for the 4th time this morning and now just got blown off and told they will call me back! OMG ... read more
It would be amazing if they would answer their phone when you need assistance because anytime you try and purchase anything they block your card. I've had them for almost 10 years and used to be very happy with their service and enjoyed doing business with them however that's definitely not the case anymore.
