I came here Jan 3rd at around 12:35 PM and was attended by Avril to get a loan. My credit is great. 100% I would get approved. So, she did a Hard Credit Check, and then she said nobody was going to reply because of the time. It was almost time to close. So, I was told I'd here back the next business day. It's now Jan 6th, 2 business days later. It's going to be 3 business days, and I bet I still won't hear back from anyone. I'm trippin out on one thing only. I love the accounts and programs RALLY has to offer, but the service is terrible. Customer service and knowledge of setting up accounts and processing transactions needs to improve. It's disappointing that in person transactions have not gone smoothly lately.
Eric went out of his way to solve my problem. He is the greatest representative I have ever worked with. He is the greatest!!
I can't thank Eric Pena enough for all the help he has given me. He's very kind and considerate. He takes the time to listen and understand what I need. He's an asset to the Rally Credit Union.
