Inconsistent customer service. Long line only one teller? I know we don’t invest our money into this.
Not helpful at all. the guy was so happy to reject me. First and last time coming here I Rather go out of my way to go the shary location
I have been visiting Rally Palmhurst location, I highly recommend this location. Adrian Zuniga one of the member service assistants explains the different types of accounts perfectly and walked me through everything with phenomenal customer service and answered all my questions with patience. I was also helped by Jazmin one of the tellers she is always very friendly and helpful and welcomes customers into the bank. I will be returning
If you want something faster that 1-2 hrs wait just go to the one on shary. Worst waiting time bank ever!
