Since i’ve opened this account, I’ve had nothing but issues. Everything is made to be complicated here. My new debit card still does not complete transactions and even phone calls with customer service is an extensive process just to be able to talk about my issue. I must verify several different ways before moving forward. Mind you this is the 3rd time i’ve had to call today. This is just the issue i’ve had today. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a credit union.

The Customer Service is absolutely pathetic. We came in twice to switch our Savings account to liberty account. Each time waisted our time just sitting there and after a long time,we simply left. People that take time off or out of their day to take care of banking needs should not suffer because the Bank personal is not helpful. We the Customers don't get payed but you make the paycheck from helping us . Think about it.

Made a visit to Rally at Spohn this morning to renew a CD and was fortunate to draw Manny Mendez. Manny is a friendly professional who goes to extreme to make customers feel comfortable knowing they are well served. There was none of the sometimes "I'll have to go and ask" waiting time. Manny is up to date on whatever problem you maybe having and has the answer. It's staff such as Manny that keeps me at Rally Ctedit Union.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Rally Credit Union. The customer service I encountered was horrible, with representatives displaying rude and unhelpful attitudes at every turn. Everytime I go in to Rally, the reps are always nice and helpful, I don't know why the bad experience by some people. Maybe that rep had a bad day as we all do from time to time, we never know what people are going through. Great place for me.
