Closing my account asap. Nothing but issues with my card being locked. It's embarrassing having money in my account and it being declined because it's locked. And have to struggle or leave the store with no food due to it. Just to go to the atm and it work fine or atm freezes. Smh

I was contacted by Laura about a transaction I had made. First off I wanted to cash a check from someone else and then deposit some money into my account. But they deposited the check and then gave me cash back which was not what I wanted to do. Secondly I gave all my information to the teller when I had made the transaction. Finally they called me over and over which I work shift work and it interrupted my sleep. They asked me about the transaction and gave all my personal information over the phone. Horrible Credit Union , Take your Money and Business some where else where you are respected for your Loyalty and Business. I have been a member since 2000 and throughout the years the management and service representatives has demolished over the years. Last year I had a horrible experience on the home loan side.
