Horrible Credit Union , Take your Money and Business some where else where you are respected for your Loyalty and Business. I was contacted by Laura about a transaction I had made. First off I wanted to cash a check from someone else and then deposit some money into my account. But they deposited the check and then gave me cash back which was not what I wanted to do. Secondly I gave all my information to the teller when I had made the transaction. Finally they called me over and over which I work shift work and it interrupted my sleep. They asked me about the transaction and gave all my personal information over the phone. Do not use this bank. They will lock your card for any little reason. I had a seizure because of them. I couldn’t get my medicine on a Friday after 5pm. And they said I had to wait till Monday to unlock it. I had a seizure because I couldn’t buy my medicine. I fell and hit my head and I needed stitches. God forbid if I had a heart issue and I died because of them. This bank is a joke.
I used to like this bank when it was Navy Army. After it “rebranded” into Rally the policies have changed including charging a fee for transferring your OWN money? That’s absolutely insane! Because of this I’m closing my account which has proven itself extremely difficult! The website is faulty and the links are broken. Customer service is also a complete joke since no one knows anything!
We have been customers for over 18 years…Our banking needs have ALWAYS been met.
