I’ve been going to Rockport Rally (formally Navy Army) for almost 9 years. Jennifer has helped me build my credit and reach financial goals that 18 year old me would think were impossible. The staff here is always a pleasure to do business with. Rally has been a huge help in starting my family on the right track!
Went to open a business account and the lady was very rude and seemed bothered she had to do anything. When the document i needed was on my phone i asked if there was a way to print it and she sighed and then turned around and gave me her business card and said i could email it to her and she could print it and then rudely walked away without saying she would be right back or anything. I have had an account with another credit union for over 20 years and never dealt with such rudeness.
I'm giving this place one star because there is no ATM inside or outside the business. If you need to withdraw money you need to go to Stripes across town and go inside. Also, if you need to do any banking, you must go inside due to the lack of a drive thru. And the parking lot is always full and it is very tiny. They should invest in a new building to better suit their customers needs. Edit: there is an ATM on the outside finally!
Love this bank! I'm not sure of their names but the blonde lady and the lady with the short red hair are awesome! They make you feel welcome by greeting you by your name. They try to get you in and out as fast as possible and answer all of my questions.
These people are the most underqualified, unhelpful people at any bank. Their online system is so terrible I have not been able to change my number with them in a year and they lost my title. I can no longer log into my online banking and they seem to be unable to do literally anything. Absolutely incompetent bank. Having paid off a 20k car loan with many many many hassles I just finally want to be done with them and cannot even rid myself of this horribly unprofessional company.
