Today my brother got stuck in the ATM line at the rally Bank on Leopard and Calicoate. He's disabled he ran out of gas and he was unable to get out of his vehicle because he was too close to the ATM and he couldn't start his car. I had to purchase a gas can and some gas for him and went up there and tried to put it in and I couldn't operate the safety mechanism on the gas can. I have had an auto loan for 2 years and it has been 2 years of having to jump through hoops to pay this bank. I never received payment coupons and their outdated systems will not link to any of my other banks in order to transfer money. No big deal, I decided to go give them a check every month. Then they finally mail me payment coupons saying, use these from now on. So I start using the payment coupons. Then they upgrade their outdoor drive thru to the glorified ATM and they mail me a letter saying I can’t pay that way outs... read more
Idk why every rally has 2 tellers and 20 people in line. They also have 1 person in the front staring at the line and managers looking at the line. Can’t wait to pay my loan off and never come back.
Excellent customer service. Greeter is very friendly and knowledgeable. The greeter went out of her way to make my daughter happy. No wait time to speak with a representative to open up an account.
