Idk why every rally has 2 tellers and 20 people in line. They also have 1 person in the front staring at the line and managers looking at the line. Can’t wait to pay my loan off and never come back.
I have had an auto loan for 2 years and it has been 2 years of having to jump through hoops to pay this bank. I never received payment coupons and their outdated systems will not link to any of my other banks in order to transfer money. No big deal, I decided to go give them a check every month. Then they finally mail me payment coupons saying, use these from now on. So I start using the payment coupons. Then they upgrade their outdoor drive thru to the glorified ATM and they mail me a letter saying I can’t pay that way outs... read more
Excellent customer service. Greeter is very friendly and knowledgeable. The greeter went out of her way to make my daughter happy. No wait time to speak with a representative to open up an account.
The customer service lady is awesome. She is friendly and very helpful. I've been with this branch for a long time and would recommend them as a great bank or credit union.
Amazing employees and customer service, outstanding experience with their tellers... every... single... time. The ATM is horribly outdated and repeatedly unable to dispense money, usually this happens MULTIPLE times on a MONTHLY BASIS. There are often times when it's inoperable for DAYS at a time and I end up paying extra service fees because I'm forced to go to a bank across the street that I don't have accounts with.
