Monique Morin was exceptional in the four transactions that we required. The transactions were rather convoluted and she got it all done perfectly! She was very patient and informative. We have used her in another transaction with a vehicle purchase and we had the same wonderful service.

Today my brother got stuck in the ATM line at the rally Bank on Leopard and Calicoate. He's disabled he ran out of gas and he was unable to get out of his vehicle because he was too close to the ATM and he couldn't start his car. I had to purchase a gas can and some gas for him and went up there and tried to put it in and I couldn't operate the safety mechanism on the gas can. I have had an auto loan for 2 years and it has been 2 years of having to jump through hoops to pay this bank. I never received payment coupons and their outdated systems will not link to any of my other banks in order to transfer money. No big deal, I decided to go give them a check every month. Then they finally mail me payment coupons saying, use these from now on. So I start using the payment coupons.
