We have been with Rally for years but they have gone down hill. Don't use the check deposit feature on friday it will not process until Monday evening even if it says the next day even if you call and ask they give the incorrect information. That was NOT clear I thought it would be convenient but its not if you need the money now go in the branch. Very disappointed in the communication.
This place is horrible. Went up here today to try and open an account oh but wouldn’t let me open an account because I have a different address on my driver’s license. What does an address have anything to do with opening a bank account!! 😡 This is a bunch of bs
First of all Dorothy M at the service desk is RUDE. No customer service skills whatsoever. As soon as you walk in it’s obvious that she doesn’t want to help you by her attitude and how she carries herself. I would NOT recommend this location for anything EVER! I would rather drive an extra 30 minutes for better service than to deal with what I just dealt with going in the Portland location just now. If you don’t like your job find a new one PERIOD.
I have read all the information about the reason they chose to change their name from NavyArmy to Rally. I have been banking there for as long as I can remember and I KNEW this bank was NOT just for the military. Since the fiasco change they have REJECTED my paychecks because I still endorse them as NACCU. They have held onto my money for their convenience and shown it deposited but funds are not available. Sometimes employees are just rude or always talking amongst each other. Or simply can’t say be right with you. Instead just stair at you and keep talking about non sense. One time I had an employee say I can’t chose how I want MY MONEY BACK. Like no I most definitely can. Also since they got rid of the drive threw tellers.. replaced with a electronic one..
