Vanessa was very unprofessional, she was rude, and gave me attitude, so I’m assuming she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. She needs to be fired.

Absolutely WORST credit union there is. The customer service is horrible. Tammy is utterly disrespectful. Do not bank with these people.
