I've just about had all I can take with rally credit Union. My debit card has now been compromised three times. I haven't even left the house for a week and my debit card is in my purse and I get a text message wanting to know if I made some weird transaction online for $489.13. The first time my debit card information was stolen and they purchased an item at walmart.com for $115.24. The fraud department didn't even catch it. Visited this bank to deposit a check. This branch isn't too busy or too slow. It took me five minutes to just get a check cashed. Got no complaints or anything about this branch. Been coming to it for five months now. It's very convenient and traffic isn't a problem. Would highly highly recommend this branch to anyone in the area. It is well maintained and the tellers are very respectful.
ITM's rarely work at Kostoryz and Ayers locations. Airline is more hit than miss. Atm's rarely have cash on weekends. Check deposits through itm rejected more often than not. When depositing cash, most times have to make the deposit as more than one transaction. Tellers put checks on hold without notifying customer. ITM's & ATM's are down most of the time. Have to get down at the bank and there's a long line of all the customers who had no luck at the drive-thru. Save your time and take your banking elsewhere.
Went to an atm at spohn drive thru and tried to do a simple withdrawal and it stated I selected an incorrect transaction. Got my card out and went to another atm and it kept loading for 2 minutes until it said sorry atm out of service and now my card is stuck. Now I have to leave it in there and go home, go to bed with the worry of someone having access to my card if my card magically pops out. I swear nothing at this CU is ever easy.
