Was thinking of opening a 1 yr cd (deposit-6900.00). Tried calling to get their cd rates , their automated phone system asks is long and detailed asking for member.id # or ss# to authenticate your call, I just wanted 1 yr cd rates, so because of that and many mixed reviews.i will do business elsewhere.....
I have used this bank for many years. And while I've always liked it. Today I had a tough situation and had to come in and talk to somebody and Shannon, help me out? I have never been treated so courteously. She was so helpful.This will be my bank forever!
They’re “friendly” if you’re a familiar face. Avoid this location if you’re not a local or at least look like one…. Obviously, the amount of time you’ve been a member (8 years) doesn’t matter to this branch. They will still treat you like you’re a criminal with bad checks. Legitimate check from an employer but they’ve “never seen them before” and need to know what it’s going to be used for…..when my payroll says the EXACT same company name.
