I just wanted to take a moment to give some well-deserved praise to the Yvette Chapa at the BEEVILLE, TX branch who helped me at the bank. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Manager in office closest to door told my mom who is executor that nobody was a beneficiary and acting all sneaky even when providing paperwork. The next time I came I was actually told I was listed as a beneficiary. That was very disappointing to hear, we came with the will and banker couldn't even see the beneficiary was on the will and in front of them at their desk the first time.

I have used this bank for many years. And while I've always liked it. Today I had a tough situation and had to come in and talk to somebody and Shannon, help me out? I have never been treated so courteously. She was so helpful.This will be my bank forever!

Was thinking of opening a 1 yr cd (deposit-6900.00). Tried calling to get their cd rates , their automated phone system asks is long and detailed asking for member.id # or ss# to authenticate your call, I just wanted 1 yr cd rates, so because of that and many mixed reviews.i will do business elsewhere.....
