Not sure if Rally has their online banking fully optimized for the modern times. Purchases only show up on account activity on the next day, a good software tells you when you paid for something via debit. By the way, the IBC Bank uses the same software vendor as Rally, you'll see the similarities (including bugs) right away I was charged $30 a month later after I opened the account for checks I thought were free due to a price not being listed when opening my account, which is deceptive pricing. I just want to thank Letti Migares, when I walked in I was greeted with a big smile…she was so welcoming as I walked into Rally, this branch is the best by far. She was super friendly and talking to an older gentleman who was waiting on his ride. You need to hire more like her 👏👏👏👏👏
I love Navy Army bank. I've been with them since I purchased my first vehicle in 2019 and have recently purchased my newer vehicle through them again at the end of 2023. Great service, very friendly and always helpful. I've never had any issues with this bank and has been the best experience I've had with any bank. Love them!
The teller named Lucy was patient and willing to hear my issue with depositing a check. She advised to her knowledge how things would play out but did make efforts to help resolve our issue. Her patience and willingness to help are greatly appreciated.
