Pleasant branches n cordial workers BUT very difficult to open a CD requiring in person n long wait. Closing an account requires more long waits n unnecessary procedures.
I just want to thank Letti Migares, when I walked in I was greeted with a big smile…she was so welcoming as I walked into Rally, this branch is the best by far. She was super friendly and talking to an older gentleman who was waiting on his ride. You need to hire more like her 👏👏👏👏👏
The teller named Lucy was patient and willing to hear my issue with depositing a check. She advised to her knowledge how things would play out but did make efforts to help resolve our issue. Her patience and willingness to help are greatly appreciated.
I love Navy Army bank. I've been with them since I purchased my first vehicle in 2019 and have recently purchased my newer vehicle through them again at the end of 2023. Great service, very friendly and always helpful. I've never had any issues with this bank and has been the best experience I've had with any bank. Love them!
I was 1st helped by the young lady who was checking in customers.She was very friendly and professional and she made me fell welcomed.
