This review is for Marla A. at the Crosstown Expy. location. After a TERRIBLE experience with a card services manager over the phone that ended with my debit card being canceled for a $24.94 misunderstanding, I had every intention of closing my accounts of over 25 years of membership, including moving my mortgage, in the meantime, I still needed a debit card. Visited the Crosstown Exp. Way. Checked in for a notary. Was told it would be over an hour wait. I stepped outside to make a call to update my family. Came back in after 5 minutes. I was told I was called and not present so dropped from the list so I’d need to sign back in. I signed back in with less people in the lobby and still waited for over an hour and a half! Can anyone help me explain the inconsistent service. Everyone else waiting also complaining about the service at this branch. We deserve better.
Today I received the best service ever with this bank never liked it till today thanks to Mr.Dalton and the V.P I had some banking issues and not only did they help me fix it they were so patient with me Because I went in very upset and they made my day left happy like I won the grand prize thank you all so much highly recommend the bank ask for Mr.Dalton have a blessed day everyone.

I've been with NavyArmy/Rally for as long as I can remember and I think it's about time I switched banks. The courtesy pay service is a scam and I can find no way to opt of it on without having to call someone. They will charge you a fee and take your many when your balance is still in the positive! What absolute useless service from absolute service staff who will do nothing to help get your money back after they've stolen it from you.
