EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME TO THIS LOCATION THE MACHINES DO NOT WORK PROPERLY AND THEY NEVER ACCEPT CASH! I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW RALLY CANNOT HAVING A FUNCTIONING MACHINE THAT ACCEPTS CASH! Update as of 7/11/25 (1 week after initial review) I stopped by yesterday to put money in the atm and my money was taken without placing it in the account. I've been with NavyArmy/Rally for as long as I can remember and I think it's about time I switched banks. The courtesy pay service is a scam and I can find no way to opt of it on without having to call someone. They will charge you a fee and take your many when your balance is still in the positive! What absolute useless service from absolute service staff who will do nothing to help get your money back after they've stolen it from you.
