They have state-of-the-art machines and they can't even make it so you can deposit cash all the time and it always says not available I'm trying to do business and some days I have to come after the bank is already closed please fix the cash feature
The Crosstown location is by far my favorite. Staff is very friendly shoutout to Crystal! She’s always an email away and very knowledgeable.
Ever since the name change, navy army “rally” kinda went downhill. I really didn’t want to change banks living out of the city, but I’m going to have to find a bank closer by and just transfer everything out of rally at this point.
I told my friend to go open an account at rally and so he went and worked with Marisa and he had nothing but good things to say about her. how very informative she is and how she answered every single question he asked. he said she most definitely gets a 10 out of 10.
