I've been with NavyArmy/Rally for as long as I can remember and I think it's about time I switched banks. The courtesy pay service is a scam and I can find no way to opt of it on without having to call someone. They will charge you a fee and take your many when your balance is still in the positive! What absolute useless service from absolute service staff who will do nothing to help get your money back after they've stolen it from you.
I like Rally Credit Union because they have the best rates and they can help people .
They have state-of-the-art machines and they can't even make it so you can deposit cash all the time and it always says not available I'm trying to do business and some days I have to come after the bank is already closed please fix the cash feature
The Crosstown location is by far my favorite. Staff is very friendly shoutout to Crystal! She’s always an email away and very knowledgeable.
