The service they provide here is excellent. The people at the door always make sure that you're greeted, not just the one person. Several of them, the tellers are very polite, very generous and always try to help you out. And looking for new products to purchase

Not a fan of the overhaul. Removing the drive thru is a copycat of BOA. Now there are long lines in the lobby and at your two atms. I wouldn’t be surprised if the location is on the chopping block like BOA down the street. It’s cheaper to force members to deal with them electronically. I understand why this is your new approach however you’re not setting yourself apart from the competition in a good way.

I've called for an address change and my rewards and loan I previously have the gentleman that helped me his name was "Lupe" an amazing guy help me with everything respectful kind .. he's your go to guy really sweet, and understanding give him a raise 💓 🙏 10-10

We had paperwork that needed to be notarized, but there were several people waiting to see the customer service representatives. The wonderful lady at check in was able to quickly notarize our paperwork. Thank you!
