Update-paid off this truck still with no truck title. Am on the phone arguing with Rally now, because apparently they want you to pay loans but they process the paperwork for your title weeks after the fact. When you call they claim they don't know who is in charge of titles. ( I guess they do not know what extensions they dial. They also like to send you to people's voicemail and give you run around. ) They are the ones who said 3 weeks, and when you call they have excuses as to why it takes longer. I cannot stress enough: If you can avoid working with Rally, do it. I’ve never had so much trouble with a banking institution than I have had with Rally. Today, May 12, I am still within in my 30 days of payment due. I’ve been struggling to make my payment lately. (This is all after a disastrous experience with Lithia Dodge that resulted in INCREASING my payment instead of decreasing like I intended.)
