I cannot stress enough: If you can avoid working with Rally, do it. I’ve never had so much trouble with a banking institution than I have had with Rally. Today, May 12, I am still within in my 30 days of payment due. I’ve been struggling to make my payment lately. (This is all after a disastrous experience with Lithia Dodge that resulted in INCREASING my payment instead of decreasing like I intended.) I have been banking here for over 10 years and service has been so bad, especially with my account service like cashing checks. Online phone service is a disaster, so much work and questions to answer before speaking with someone and my hold times are usually around 20 minutes. Today it has been over 50 minutes on hold. I've had bank charges go through that shouldn't have and incurred insufficient funds fees that I did not sign up for. Insufficient charges will rack up quick if something bounces off your account if you don’t have the money. $30 each time. Not a bank to have if you’re going through hard times. Plus one day you’ll have $146 then other $500 so you think it’s all balanced out, then BAM. Negative again. Going to Bank of America.
