I have been trying to speak to someone in the real estate department for the last hour and I have been on hold for over 5 minutes and no one came to the phone! Not a good way to start off with Rally.
Worst company ever. Just try calling them. Make sure you have at least two hours to waste. They are unprofessional and dishonest. I used them for my new house and now I am switching to someone else.
