Summery: THEY WILL NOT BE TRANSPARENT WITH YOU. They made me wait over 3 months for my custom ring, telling me since the pickup date to come back every other week afterwards and giving me an excuse to why it wasn't ready. When I finally got it was a rush job, the wrong size, wrong setting, crooked and when they finally fixed it weeks later, they tried to scam me with 10kt gold ring when I paid for a 14kt gold ring. Ralph’s Jewelry is hands down the best jewelry store I’ve ever been to. The service is top-notch and the workers here really know what they’re doing. I brought in a few pieces that needed repair and they came back looking brand new — you honestly can’t even tell they were ever damaged.
