Summery: THEY WILL NOT BE TRANSPARENT WITH YOU. They made me wait over 3 months for my custom ring, telling me since the pickup date to come back every other week afterwards and giving me an excuse to why it wasn't ready. When I finally got it was a rush job, the wrong size, wrong setting, crooked and when they finally fixed it weeks later, they tried to scam me with 10kt gold ring when I paid for a 14kt gold ring. I had such pleasant experience working with Adryan. All the staff was very friendly, but he was top tier. They fixed my boyfriends expensive watch for a very affordable price. Highly recommended.
