The ring selection process was great, but everything after that was disappointing. My ring arrived two weeks late, and when it finally came to my home in Alabama, it was gold instead of the white gold I ordered. I had to send it back and wait even longer for the correct ring. After wearing it, the ring turned gold again. It was extremely difficult to get in touch with customer service to get a return shipping label, so I ended up paying a local jeweler a significant amount to have it repaired. I walked into a secure facility (Ralph's Jewelries) I was greeted with customer service that was professional and polite. Right away I was helped without any unsatisfactory behavior. I inquired about repairing my Rolex watch and without delay. It was repaired while I waited. I have been to other Jewelry stores and was met with discomfort. Ralph's Jewelries is the Man!
