I brought in a few pieces that needed repair and they came back looking brand new — you honestly can’t even tell they were ever damaged. Adryan was patient with me and helped me figure out what jewelry would complement each other and gave me a good price for 5 pieces. I def recommend this place and had a great first experience/impression!
Summery: THEY WILL NOT BE TRANSPARENT WITH YOU. They made me wait over 3 months for my custom ring, telling me since the pickup date to come back every other week afterwards and giving me an excuse to why it wasn't ready. When I finally got it was a rush job, the wrong size, wrong setting, crooked and when they finally fixed it weeks later, they tried to scam me with 10kt gold ring when I paid for a 14kt gold ring.
