Real nice beautiful place it's just the neighborhoods you have some real good then you have some real childish I love the staffs make you feel right at home plus it's very beautiful I'm in love with my apartment

The apartment itself was very cute but upon arrival, they did not do a good job cleaning. The floor was sticky with stains. The counter was dirty to the touch, the cabinets were visibly dirty, and there was a nasty piece of junk in my roommate's bathroom cabinet. They sent someone to "clean" THREE times but it remained dirty because they were not sending professionals so we had to hire our people to clean. Terrible and rude staff. They will gaslight and lie to you and tell you different things. Don't live here because it's dirty all the time and you have to fight them every day. The maintenance staff are the only nice staff who are very punctual and kind. Bruce needs a raise. The rest though don't care and just want your money. They will lie, pull the rug out from under you and it will become a problem that you have to pay hundreds for.
An incredibly frustrating living experience Horrible Roach infestation that is complex wide and Maintenance often times take weeks to resolve any issues. I submitted a work order for pest control on 5/27 no response and I had to call the office and then physically visit the office in order to get a pest control person to my apartment they didn't actually complete the work order until June 28th, I then scheduled a follow up directly after that and the pest control didn't return until 2 days ago WITHOUT equipment.
