I used Alabama Ram Jack previously to perform foundation repair, and the work they did was sub-par, along with being difficult to work with. They left my yard in shambles and were very uncooperative. HOWEVER, that company is no longer in business, and their customers are now being serviced by Ram Jack Alabama, which is a new owner. Ram Jack did an absolutely amazing job, Todd Workman is a man who knows all you could ever need to about this process when you have a water issue in your basement. His crew is very hard working and knowledgeable as well. They all take pride in what they do and how they do it, you can’t go wrong with Ram Jack.
We have used this company multiple times on multiple projects for our clients and they have always delivered. Amazing service with great detailed invoices. Their warranty is amazing and they stand up behind their work. Definitely would recommend!
Ram Jack Alabama did a amazing job for us, we contacted 5 different companies that offer foundation services. Ram Jack was the only one that recommended an engineer be brought in to take away all opinions and ensure we get it right. Todd Workman educated us on what was going on and stayed in touch through the process. The crew did a masterful job and we above and beyond to ensure they did not destroy our yard. I would absolutely use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone over the AFS, OX and any others.
