We bought a 4 bed, 3 bath Holt Home in Creekside Heights in Battle Ground in July of 2022. So this review will reflect our full experience going through the building process, moving in, warranty experience, and home quality thus far. Hayden Wagoner, Corey Jones, and Joey Hicks were great Holt employees to work with. Building process was relatively smooth, most actual Holt employees seemed relatively proficient at their jobs. Sales team and building supervisors are absolutely the best team to work with. They answer all your questions in an honest and timely process.
Excellent experience purchasing our new home from start to finish. In particular Beth Cozzi and Nick Knoph were amazing. Both always kept us up to date on deadlines and progress with the house. Nick has been amazing with fixes (minimal) before and after construction. He is easy to get ahold of and quick to respond and take action when needed. Would recommend holt homes to anyone. Great team.
So far so good. We’ve been in our home since June 2023 and continue to love it. Our construction manager, Soloman, has always been quick to respond and provide help when asked, even months later. We really appreciate him and the local team. As the neighborhood evolves, we don’t see the original team around much , but I’m confident if we needed something, I could reach out and I would receive a quick response. Thanks again Holt!
Pre-sale and construction were a dream. I missed the fact that there wasn’t a ‘point person’ to go to; ‘experts’ and ‘supervisors’ answer all questions! Salmon Creek is a clay bed, we were shown a ‘French drain’ on 3 sides of our home, “to drain water away”, and in the Pacific Northwest rains arrives. We are now surrounded on all sides by standing water, ‘supervisors’ promise to look at or send help; a mantra we have heard for three weeks, and the French drain is now a “Ditch” that ‘will be filled with more river rock’.
