I wanted to write a review because Beth was so incredible to work with. My husband and I were close to purchasing a lot and Beth went above and beyond to send us photos/video and spent over an hour answering all of our detailed questions. We had to put our decision on hold due to other life circumstances, at no fault of Holt. We are both impressed with the service we had from Beth and the Holt lender, Chris at CLM, they were knowledgeable and patient. Nice team, very helpful and responsive. I ended up buying my forever house in this community. It is very lovely community, especially if you have kids.
We bought a 4 bed, 3 bath Holt Home in Creekside Heights in Battle Ground in July of 2022. So this review will reflect our full experience going through the building process, moving in, warranty experience, and home quality thus far. Hayden Wagoner, Corey Jones, and Joey Hicks were great Holt employees to work with. Building process was relatively smooth, most actual Holt employees seemed relatively proficient at their jobs. Buying our new home with Holt Homes was super easy and worry-free! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt valued and understood every process along the way. Loved it!
Came by during open house hours to tour some units. I was helped by Desiree who came off a bit unwelcoming when I walked in which set the tone for the visit. I looked at a few units and build quality didn’t seem all that impressive. Despite that the community itself felt pretty active and vibrant.
