The treatment I received was to repair an implant that was done incorrectly by another doctor. I was very nervous, but everyone was very kind and reassuring. At the consultation, Dr. Pulsipher explained what he was going to do. During the procedure I was frequently asked if I was doing ok. After the procedure Dr Pulsipher told me what he did and what to expect as I healed. I was having a surgical procedure done and Dr. Allen was gracious to explain to me about the process. He reassured me it will be a quick easy procedure. I been to this office once, for wisdom tooth extraction, the experience was good, thats why I went back after few months to extract another wisdom tooth, but this time I wasn't happy at all. The dentist wasn't friendly, just walked in to the room straight to my tooth. Didn't even ask, how are you? Are you ready ? Making the patient feel comfortable.. he finshed and walked out straight without saying a single word.. he wasn't gentle when giving the anesthesia, he was rough.. im truly disappointed with this experience.
