I cannot express enough how GREAT it was working with Jamal from Rapid Response. My rear window decided to not go back up this morning. 5 Stars to Jamal and his team. They did a great job on my GMC pickup truck after a break-in. Jamal went above and beyond to find the right glass as quickly as possible despite delays from his supplier. The price was very reasonable and they were communicative the whole process. I'm writing this review with a heavy heart, as we initially had a positive experience with Rapid Response. Jamal and his team were initially responsive, helpful, and understanding of our needs. They were great about explaining the process and worked with us to ensure that we had transportation during the repair period. Unfortunately, the quality of service significantly declined after our vehicles were taken in for repairs.
