Economical and spacy apartment for small group of friends Located just off west campus of Cornell University, this little apartment complex is quite a great place if you have a group of 5 friends who wants to live at a price half that of the ones in Collegetown and almost twice the size with an awesome living room and kitchen. Apartment flooded- management Management would not finish the repair work caused by the broken water heater upstairs. Management required that we do the cleaning after the subcontractors. I recognize that I have to claim the TV, Xbox console, etc on my Renters Policy that were damaged but they the management wants us to pay to clean the construction debris.
