I only had 2 sessions with Mr.Taylor so far and I must say I love it. He makes you feel comfortable , keeps you laughing and he is very knowledgeable . I learned some techniques from him and I used them today at work. I look forward to our next session.
I have had an excellent experience every single time I visit Lifestance Health. Mr. Taylor has helped me extensively in dealing with and managing my anxiety.
I sometimes feel like I don’t want to talk and have a shut down moment. But when I get to my session I get relaxed and open to talk. Good place I recommend them highly.
