Being a Veteran Myself, I really appreciate that most everyone with Reading and Sons Plumbing are Veterans as well. Brad came to Our home and was great!!! The plumbers did a great job on the installation of both water heaters and new softener system. Regarding our hydraulic floor heat, when something wasn't reading as expected we got a recommendation for specialists. The guys were awesome and gracious!
All the plumbers and support staff are wonderful. They do great work. The office manager, Amy, does not and is lacking in customer service skills. We had a billing discrepancy. I spoke with her once. She did not follow up like she said she would. I had to call again. She called me back a second time, but didn’t call back to follow up after that despite assuring me she would. The guys we had were great. From the first contact to the office and talking through cost estimate and what would need to be done to the plumbers coming out and doing a flawless job replacing some pipes and installing the new water heater, they are top notch. Would highly recommend and will use again for future plumbing needs.
Our plumber, from Reading & Son, is always on time, and sometimes early. He is always personable, but not wanting to talk..talk..talk like other companies I have used in the past. This time it was a leak on our water softener. He correctly diagnosed, fixed and was on his way!
