Our sump pump went out. I had previously purchased a new sump pump but had not installed yet. Your plumber said my pump was a good one and he pulled out the old one and installed the The new one in a very short time. Good job. Was very happy with service. Thanks for timely repair. Leroy shumaker.
I was so excited to give this company a try after reading so many good reviews however my personal experience was horrible and I've decided to go with another company (whose quote was a tad bit higher nonetheless) to finish up the plumbing work I needed done. I'm big on transparency and honesty when dealing with home repair companies and contractors. I don't like how you're never given any sort of price for any service until you are billed. Being a Veteran Myself, I really appreciate that most everyone with Reading and Sons Plumbing are Veterans as well. Brad came to Our home and was great!!! I would give a ZERO star if I was allowed to do so. Made an appointment with this company, called back a day before my appointment and canceled. Clearly stated that this was because my blockage was so urgent with sewage overflowing into the garage I couldn’t wait another day so I had a different company came over and fixed my blockage!
