Being a Veteran Myself, I really appreciate that most everyone with Reading and Sons Plumbing are Veterans as well. Brad came to Our home and was great!!! I have used this company for a few years now. They always do a great job. I feel like they are informative and work quickly and always clean up after. Also think their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them!
Reading and sons installed my water heater in 2020. Recently it started a leak which soaked the entire carpet and lead to the intake valve being shut off completely. I called reading and sons, specifically the after hours plumber 4 times and there was no answer any of the times. I left a message and never received a call back. I called and left a message on the business hours phone as well. Very friendly and courteous on the phone and easy to schedule. Plumber that came to our house was great! He was friendly and explained what he was going to do. We were having 2 toilets replaced and he even went the extra step to clean up the floor under the toilets before mounting the new ones. We are very happy with the service, Highly recommend and will definitely use again!
I will never make the mistake of using Reading & Son Plumbing again. I called because I had two drains that would not drain and I found out when they came out I had a toilet shut off that wouldn't shut off. Instead of fixing either, they got their magic camera out of their truck and got in the roof and told me I needed a clean out in the front yard.
