I had an excellent experience with Reading & Son Plumbing Inc. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the entire process was handled with professionalism from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. My water heater quit working and the company that installed it quoted me $1400 to repair it. Water heater is 3 years old and they told me that parts and labor are only under warranty for 1 year. I called Reading and they were able to have someone out in about an hour and the problem was fixed shortly thereafter. Turns out, the parts for this model are still under warranty despite what the other company told me. Reading only charged me for labor which was reasonable. Being a Veteran Myself, I really appreciate that most everyone with Reading and Sons Plumbing are Veterans as well. Brad came to Our home and was great!!! Very professional and explained absolutely everything He thought, and why it had to be that way. I originally had to set it up for an emergency call. They called me back and stated they could save me some money by putting the call in as a regular appointment. They did not have to call me back and change the appointment. Amazing. Thank you. Work was completed in a timely manner. We will be back and I will recommend them to everyone.
Did not make a complete diagnosis first time out to my home. We had to be with out hot water longer than expected. However, it was worth the wait because the water tank is operating correctly now. Thanks again Reading & Son Plumibing for your service
