Reading & Son are professional experts as well as friendly and accommodating. The last day I left my property I had a cold shower. I wanted to make sure I had a hot shower when I got back in 3 weeks. While I was gone I allowed them to enter my property in order to fix or replace my water heater which was about 7 years old. The staff at Reading Plumming were so kind and informative and so helpful!! I was referred to them by another plummet!! They helped me with my water heater and even got it installed the same day !! I have recommended them to several of my patients already !! Great company and staff!! Very grateful for their help !!!!!
Reading & Son was very responsive and honest. They identified my warranty is still valid, so I got my watter heater for no charge paid only labor. Noah and his assistant did an excellent job on replaced my water-heater.
I've been a Reading Plumbing customer for years and I've had nothing but good experiences. I had a pipe under the kitchen sink that had rusted through at the wall and I've been limping along with temporary fixes because I feared the cost of a real repair. Finally I had no choice and called. They came the next morning and had it fixed in under an hour for less than I expected to pay! I've recommended them to everyone I know and wouldn't use anyone else.
