I originally had to set it up for an emergency call. They called me back and stated they could save me some money by putting the call in as a regular appointment. They did not have to call me back and change the appointment. Amazing. Thank you. Work was completed in a timely manner. We will be back and I will recommend them to everyone.
We purchased a new home and 3 days after moving in found a gas leak. We called multiple plumbers around the area and got estimates for the fix. Of the three companies that were rated high, I have to say Reading was the most affordable. All companies need to make profit and this is understood. But I am disappointed in the Plumbing companies in Peoria, they quote high. Reading quoted us 12 hours worth of labor, 1 and a 1/2 days total. I recently purchased a home & have had Reading out multiple times for repairs. I simply can't say enough good things about Tony & Noah. They are very competent in their work. Efficient and explaining as they go. When you call to schedule they work very well with your schedule also. Always complete trust they will fix the problems!
Sewer ejector pump burned up. Called when they opened. Guys arrived within 10 minutes and replaced pump. Other than wet floor and oil, job was great. Very professional! Highly recommend.
Being a Veteran Myself, I really appreciate that most everyone with Reading and Sons Plumbing are Veterans as well. Brad came to Our home and was great!!!
