I got into an accident, and the car was my first car, I had just bought it a few months before the accident. I was skeptical to do the paint matching on my car as I was told by other body shops that it was hard to do, but Kirmac did a very good job matching the colour. It turned out better than expected. John was very professional from start to finish. Thank you guys for the work done on my car!
I had a truly terrible experience with Reborn. Live in North Van and took my car to Kirmac in North Van (which is awesome). They then transferred it to Reborn (apparently part of Kirmac that handles luxury vehicles though that wasn’t explained). I had difficulty communicating with my Reborn estimator and couldn’t get a straight answer out of him. Every email felt like an effort to scam money out of me. I chose reborn because they are BMW certified shop, and I only trust to have the professionals work on my M3. The receptionist Vanessa and entire team are really friendly and welcoming. I have been updated throughout the whole repair process, quality is top notch, car was cleaned in and out upon pickup. Highly recommend!
