My experience in the clinic was exceptional! Giselle did a great job getting us set up and was very knowledgeable and helpful. My only complaint is trying to get anyone to answer the phone or call back to schedule an appointment. We finally had to go to the clinic and schedule it in person. Very frustrating! Really need to get change how that is done. Would be nice to talk to the clinic instead of a call center somewhere, if they bothered to call back that is 🙁.
Recharge Clinic is absolutely amazing! I visited their beautiful new location, and the modern, calming atmosphere instantly put me at ease. I have really had a very positive experience receiving Myers Cocktail vitamin IV therapy at the Recharge Clinic. The physical benefit has been great along with the professional personal interaction with the staff. I recently noted how impressive Anna & Briana W. were. Wonderful facility that has improved my quality of life. I would recommend for anyone to check them out and look at all services they offer.
I have been a patient at Recharge Clinic for a few years now. I went to the southwest Ocala location for the grand opening and had an amazing experience. Jessica assisted me with my questions before I saw the doctor and she stayed with the doctor during the procedure. She was very Gentle and soft spoken. Brianna served me very well at the receptionist desk. We were able to complete my appointment and set up future appointments.
I had an amazing experience at this location! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable right from the start. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the treatments were top-notch. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality care and a luxurious experience!
