Ever since the New Manager Nick took over RED BLUFF Apartments, I have seen steady improvements to the overall community and the superintendent Christian is quick to respond to any maintenance issues. I recommend this community

I have lived here for around 8 years. I have a one-bedroom unit and I am in the back row so I have a open view with no apartments insight. I really like it here. Management is great and I enjoy my apartment. This is a low income apartment complex and they go by your income. Unfortunately it's an open parking lot which means you don't have your own specific spot and parking can be kind of hectic a lot of times. Quite often, I have to park a little ways away from my unit. I remember living here lol. This place is horrible. Appliances were always breaking down. Heater not working during winter. Ac not working during summer. Stove/oven only warming/cooking half way. Sink clogging. Someone broke into my house AND car. And bad a** kids kept hoping the gate and stealing my kids stuff. It's 2022 and they still allow smoking 🤯🤯 2nd hand kills faster than 1st hand. Addict nodding out by the play ground..I can go on and on. All the company cares about is money

Because it caters to low income people. Some people call places like this, drug infested just because people, like me, live here doesn't make us drug addicts. I've lived here for more than a year & I've only seen good 👪. Besides that our management doesn't let them.

Wish the waiting list didn't take over a year to get into them. Playground is great for kids and the management seems to do their job the best they can. Cute and cozy little apartments also very social and people friendly.
