Beware! I was out of the country and my mom boarded my 7-year-old, 5 lb Yorkie at Red Bluff Pet Resort for less than 24 hours. He is recovering from dental surgery and is on antibiotics. I provided clear feeding and medication instructions, which my mom also reviewed at drop-off. I paid over $120 for a luxury suite with camera access, medication administration, walks, and playtime. I am so grateful for Red Bluff Pet Resort & Grooming and their wonderful staff! They are always so helpful, patient, and kind. I especially appreciate the care Rome received during his most recent grooming appointment. I still had several errands to run and laundry to finish, and instead of making me feel rushed, the grooming staff reassured me to take my time. Outstanding Grooming for My Three Westies Red Bluff Pet Resort & Grooming Salon did an absolutely amazing job grooming my three Westies. It’s not easy to get that perfect Westie look, but they nailed it with all three. They came back looking clean, bright, and beautifully trimmed — exactly how a Westie should look. Took my sister’s pup here for the first time to try out a new groomer and the results were astounding! Gisele and the staff were very friendly towards me and assured me that everything will be done to the best interest for the pet owner! Great customer service. I brought my dog in for a grooming. They did a great job especially that my dog needs an extra set of hands. Price is not exaggerated for what I needed. I’ve never been disappointed. RBPR has an excellent team.
