Red rhino did a good job on the pool repair, however: they let a pool paver collapse into an opening while they were working on the pool repair and refused to repair it. They have distanced themselves from repairing what amounts to several bags of sand to level the place where the paver collapsed. They should at least pay for a portion of the paver repair, which they did not offer to do, yet. I do not believe I should not pay 100% of the repair bill.
I have used Red Rhino several times in the past and even had them do a major repair. I have also written positive reviews for them. But my recent experience was not positive. My pool company contacted them when I reported I might have a leak. Red Rhino showed up without calling to schedule. The technician did a thorough leak test and didn’t find any leaks. Not only was I blindsided with a $425 charge, the guy left a huge mess on my recently painted pool deck with mud and debris. Some stains required repainting. I should ha... read more
