Mike Sandoval came out to do a follow up to a repair job for me and I couldn’t have been more pleased. I will also say that All 3 techs that worked on our pool were courteous, punctual and professional. From the initial leak testing, to the subsequent tile removal and sealing, including skimmer replacement/installation. I appreciated that each one called ahead and stayed until the work was complete, and cleaned up very thoroughly. I hate calling contractors to do work. Most don't show up on time, do shoddy work, and overcharge for their services. Unfortunately, I couldn't find my pool leak that prevented my vacuuming the pool. I called Red Rhino and from the moment that Alessya answered my call I was treated like a client. She promised their leak detector would show up between 8 and 9 am. He did. These guys cost me a cash buyer for my home by exaggerating minor low costing easy fixable issues about my pool. I had my pool guy there at the same time admitting to him the issues were small. Also have proof from the water company documented three days before they came out there were no leaks of water anywhere. My pool person won’t work with this company saying they are shady and lack the skills to truly evaluate ethically.
