I have always had wonderful customer service with Red River, and we have been customers for many years, but Val goes above and beyond! She is so knowledgeable, and is willing to help and will keep going until the best options and best solutions are found. She is truly a wonderful asset to Red River and its customers.

Everyone here is so wonderful to work with! Red River's Customer Service is incredibly wonderful! Val has been so helpful and great! Matt our tech and the help of Branden we are grateful to have the help of everyone at Red River Communications! No matter the time of the day somebody is always there to assist you. I wish I could give more than a 5-star rating because you all deserve it!

No one can beat Red River! I used to call my old internet company weekly with issues that were never resolved. My internet with Red River slaps!

After years of fighting with Midco for stable internet. Red river finally made its way into town and switched me over to fiber. I have a slower package than I did with Midco, but it works so much better and is very stable. You don’t notice a slow down during peak use times. Good job Red River!

I must say, I appreciate the friendly and punctual response time from the RedRiver Communications team. We now have internet service for my girls at home during these trying times. WOW....happy girls, happy Dad!! A special thank you to "Private" and associate (install team) for the speedy install. Thank You!
