I have always had wonderful customer service with Red River, and we have been customers for many years, but Val goes above and beyond! She is so knowledgeable, and is willing to help and will keep going until the best options and best solutions are found. She is truly a wonderful asset to Red River and its customers.

After years of fighting with Midco for stable internet. Red river finally made its way into town and switched me over to fiber. I have a slower package than I did with Midco, but it works so much better and is very stable. You don’t notice a slow down during peak use times. Good job Red River!
I must say, I appreciate the friendly and punctual response time from the RedRiver Communications team. We now have internet service for my girls at home during these trying times. I have had rrt for 9 years. They are awesome. Just went back to them for my tv service, after direct tv. Love the fact Kathy answers the phone consistently on the second ring. It took me 17 minutes to disconnect service with direct tv. I had to go through 5 minutes of hassle to get to a real person. Then after cancelling with them, they spent 5 minutes trying to convince me to stay.
