I had a great experience with Red River Pools and couldn’t be happier with our new backyard pool. From the very beginning, Joel and John were fantastic to work with. Communication was always excellent, and whenever I had a question or ran into an issue, they responded quickly and took the time to help. One thing that really stood out was Joel’s commitment to customer service. I highly recommend Red River Pools. The owners are amazing, and their staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They provided a high-quality pool liner at a very fair price. Most importantly, they ensured the installation was perfect, constantly asking for my input to make sure I was happy with the final result.
I can’t recommend Red River Pools & Hot Tub enough - they are truly the best in town. From start to finish, the level of service is second to none. I’ve known John for several years and purchased my pool from him, and that experience alone set the standard. He’s honest, straightforward, and never pushy - he’ll give you the information you need and let you make the right decision for your situation. That kind of integrity is hard to find. Their new store is fantastic - well laid out, easy to navigate, and stocked with high-... read more

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with John and the team at Red River Pools. From the initial build to ongoing maintenance, they’ve been fantastic every step of the way. They built a beautiful pool for our family, and they’ve continued to provide outstanding service with water testing, maintenance advice, and keeping us stocked with everything we need. Our kids and even our dogs are in the pool almost every day, and it’s quickly become the centerpiece of our home. Knowing we can count on John whenever we have a que... read more
