Last year my boiler (Furnace) died in November. They were the fastest to come ! I called at least 7 places. They were fair, polite, fast, and a pleasure to do business with . Now 7+ months later, they're the ones I chose to do a major kitchen and HVAC renovation in my home. GREAT TEAM, GREAT WORK, Thank you Doug ! I've used these guys a few times over the years and have had a good experience every time. Most recently my hot water expansion tank went bad and the only symptom was a knocking sound when I turned on or off the water. They were at my house within 24 hours, diagnosed it in a minute, and had it fixed within an hour. Will definitely use them again in the future.
I will no longer be a customer. Left a message, with their answering service, May 31, 2024 to schedule an annual boiler service. Called morning of June 6th, left a message with Max. No return calls. Called at 2:30 Friday June 7th and spoke with Max. I asked if it was normal to ignor customers by explaining the previous two attempts to schedule a service appointment as was told "I'm about to ignor you, I don't have time to argue on a Friday afternoon" and hung up. Red Rock Mechanical saved our butts today. All week our 5 year old on demand hot water and heating system has been glitching and It finally exploded at 1am this morning. We called Doug (Owner of Red Rock) at 7am. His guys arrived at 9am with an entire new system and installed it. All communication was excellent and extremely accurate. They were very respectful of our home, they cleaned up after themselves, and the final result looked immaculate.
