I'm reading the comments shown here and they appear to be 50/50 in ratings. Fortunately, I am in the 50% that gives 5 stars for a fantastic job they did on a hot water heater installation. The two young men that came out to do the work were courteous and extremely proficient in the installation and when I received my bill it was a fraction of what was quoted by a competitor. I'll stand by my 5 star rating and recommend this company anytime.
Won't answer their phones. Originally had an appointment setup with Doug, he ended up no showing and later emailing stating he had become sick. Rescheduled with him and once again did not show up. It has been 3 weeks from the original date that someone was supposed to come out and no one has. No idea what I've done to receive no response from the company, guess I'll have to search elsewhere. Doug's Installers did a good job relocating a heater from my basement to my first floor living room. Quoted me 500.00 and charged me 1000.00. But I guess it was worth it.
Red Rocks Mechanical has maintained my heater / hot water boiler for several years now. Super pleased with their great service!
