This was my first experience with Red Wing and wow did they deliver. Chelsea was amazing to work with, she took my measurements and with each try on we got closer and closer to the right pair. I had a lot of requirements and she listened and refined the selection based on my thoughts. Her coworker was also listening to us and found a couple additional pairs. I left happy with a great new pair of boots. Excited to continue to work with them in the future. Awesome job!!
Wonderful staff who will get you what you want. Lexi knew her stuff, she found the IR pair I wanted and had them in 3 days. The manager replaced my speed hooks with eyelits in 20 minutes same day, and the young salesman was fun to chat with during the wait. Confident and easy purchase. Thanks again.
Fantastic service. Brought in my old red wing boots with the soles starting to come off and I talked through my options with the staff. William was easy to talk to, knowledgeable and kind. Got my problem solved with a contingent option for sole replacement if needed. I will always buy my boots from red wing because of the customer service. My only problem is they keep getting rid of the best boots! My 2020 brnr’s are the best I’ve ever had and it’s a shame they were discontinued.
First time going in the Charlottesville store and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Mark Grooms, Store Manager, was extremely helpful and made sure I was happy and comfortable with the boots before I purchased them. Very knowledgeable about all of their products and how they fit. I would definitely recommend this store and will go back to purchase again.
The team here truly made buying a new pair of boots for my husband and myself so easy and simple. They didn’t have the size I needed and Mark ordered some to the store for me to try on! When I came back to try on the other size in the boots I wanted, Mark had them layed out and ready to try on the second I walked through the door. Seriously the best customer service!
