It would be three years soon how we are waiting for solution of nuisance behaviour of upstairs neighbours. This apartment complex, Reddick Street Apartments, doesn’t have any rules or nuisance policy for upstairs people. It is even prohibited to talk about so kind of problems here. I have been trying to get in contact with them for over 2 weeks and I have heard nothing. I have called a few times and sent may inquires through their online portal, but nothing. I'm disappointed, but still hopeful to hear back.
I have called the number posted several times over the past month. ( twice a week to be exact).. I have left several messages and no one will get back to me with information on getting the application process started. Extremely discouraging.
Very nice community and property management.
