I would not recommend putting a dog in this rehabilitation center!!!! Some of the issues we encountered while our sister was in this center included the following: - Her clothing disappeared ( we were informed her clothing would be replaced after they could not locate them, but they sent her home without the replacements), - Lack of appropriate physical therapy, - Negligence ensuring patient had taken her prescribed medication ( we found medication on the floor , indicating no one ensured she had taken her meds) - Dropping ... read more

The administrative staff can not find person responsible for giving me my 2024 W2 form to properly file my taxes. Had a hard time even getting an email to contact someone. I am aware that the facility has changed its name to Redwood Health and Rehabilitation, however, that is no excuse for the disorganization.

Admitted my 90 year old mother on Oct. 30th. For rehab after being discharged from Atrium Caberrus. The facility is in a rather run down S.E part of Charlotte, but had a gate access in and out and has a secured entrance/exit at front door. The treatment my mother received by the NON-NURSE STAFF like PT and Speech and Admin was great, but there is where it stopped. At night my mother who is HIGH FALL RISK rang HER BUTTON 5 TIMES to use the bathroom, and no one came. She eventually could not hold it, and soiled her self. She... read more

my daughter is at this place, she has had a stroke and left paralyzed and is in a wheel chair. she is supposed to be getting physical therapy and they dont give it to her. she should have been walking by now as long as she has been there. the people dont answer the phones and if they do they will tell you they going to call you back and never do. the nurses over there are not professional and mean to my daughter. last night the nurse hit my daughter and twisted her leg for no apparent reason. this has seriously gotten out of... read more

My uncle has been there for almost 2 and 1/2 years now, I remember when he first came there how he was pretty much a recluse and could not walk. But now he is a totally different guy & next week he's expected to be getting his own apartment and walk right out of the door. The teams there are really good, polite, and hard working, also a very clean place with no odors.
