My wife and I come to Reed’s Dairy often. They have amazing ice cream at a reasonable. My favorite is the mint chocolate chip and/or cookies and cream in a waffle cone. The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is a very inviting family friendly environment. The seating outdoors makes for a perfect evening.

If you run the numbers on the highest-rated ice cream stores across the U.S., Reeds is ranked a staggering 12th! Theoretically, it should be life changing! But we've discovered that locals in Boise tend to overrate all of their eateries. And Reeds is no exception. Finally found an ice cream store that serves pralines and cream and they said the always have it. There is another set of places that only have it every once in a while which I will not give out there name. The place is so very clean and well organized which is a big plus.

This place is outstanding. The ice cream is rich and creamy, with flavors that taste fresh and authentic. Their milk and dairy products are top quality, and you can tell they care about sourcing and freshness. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the store is always clean and well-organized. Drove from Portland Oregon for the Reed's Red Ribbon Chocolate Milk. Hands down the best chocolate milk I've ever had. A smooth, rich glass of heaven. Well worth the drive and a staple of any visit to Idaho!
