I had the absolute best experience at this office for laser hair removal. Dr. Johnson has such incredible bedside manner! She took the time to thoroughly explain what to expect, answered all of my questions & made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. My experience with this facility has been nothing but positive. Dr Johnson and her assistant Maria as well as the whole staff are very professional and knowledgeable. The Staff always takes their time to explain everything to you step by step with upfront pricing so there's no surprises. They'll never perform or even recommend a procedure that's not necessary. I had my first treatment at Reflections on Monday, November 10, 2025. Dr. Chasin was great. However, within minutes, the numbing cream caused patches of redness. I let the MA know that I do not normally experience this side effect and that I am concerned that the cream was expired 6 months ago (pictures attached). She said it is a common side effect and expiration does not matter because it is medical grade. It does not make sense because the chemical structure of a compound changes after it expires. I did 3 sessions here for laser hair removal. When I was getting the treatment done I did not feel anything, and the treatment did absolutely nothing. I just went to a board certified dermatologist for a laser treatment and the results are amazing. After 1 session there is hardly any hair growth in the same and different areas that I had done prior. I feel silly for wasting my time and money here.
I came to Reflections for a consultation regarding facial balancing, The assistant was an angel , but Doctor Wix did not provide the experience i was hoping for. She was slightly passive aggressive, I appreciate her straight forwardness, But for a first timer i did not feel supported or comforted, I just came from another clinic and the service was 10/10 compared to this one.
