As usual, Dr. Schmidt and his team provided excellent care. Im so thankful I found this place!! This facility is very clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were so kind. They had all my things together so checking in was smooth and not time consuming even for my first visit. Stephanie (sp?), my hygienist, was incredibly thorough and attentive. She spent quality time updating my records and listening to everything I had to say. She even gave me a blanket when I mentioned I was chilly. Her cleaning was painless. I wish I could give this place zero stars. Dental hygienist numbed me and my cheek was numb for 3 months. Got crown work done and 2 other doctors verified there was an open margin and the work done would not have been approved in a class room setting. I tried to get it fixed with Dr Schmidt but he said his work wouldn't be any better and tried to deny it was an open margin. Words can’t express how great this place is. From Lauren and the rest of the crew at the front, to the assistants, hygienists and Dr’s…this place is A1! My entire family comes here and we just feel right at home. I haven’t been to the dentist in over 15 years and I haven’t had one ounce of anxiety here! Excellent experience at Reflections Dental Care! The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the dentists are professional and thorough.
